Parent Participation

My First Gym has developed a program that has your child’s favorite things all in one class. From hanging, tumbling and balancing to games and rides, they are guaranteed to love it all. In these classes we will be working on gross and fine motor skills, balance, agility and cognitive developmental skills, through yoga and gym. This is the perfect way to spend some quality time with your little one while they grow and develop new skills.

3.5 to 13 years
Independent gym

Our independent classes have been designed to allow children to develop independently. We have many selection of independent classes such as gymnastic base classes, weight loss programs, dance classes and sports classes. All these classes practice positive reinforcement that helps the children build confidence and self-image.

5 to 13 years
Children karate

My First Gym Karate is designed to build character; develop concentration and listening skills, learning respect for others, and improving self-esteem. Our karate programs also help children build confidence, focus and respect for oneself and others.

Energizers Children Fitness & Weight Loss

Our children’s fitness & weight loss program is designed to help children safely and effectively lose weight in a positive and caring environment. Children will be assigned a personal trainer that will work on improving their daily activities. Children will meet multiple times a week and work on cardio training, fitness training and circuit training. This class is the best way for your child to lose weight, meet new friends with similar goals, let loose and have fun.

Children Personal Training

Does your child need one on one time with a My First Gym instructor? We can help your child excel in martial arts, sports training, weight loss or help improve their balance, coordination or muscle tone. Children of any age are welcome to register for personal training.

Ladies Personal Training

While your child enjoys one of our developmental classes, moms can take this opportunity to have a private personal training class with one of our trainers. Private classes can be anything from martial arts, kickboxing, weight loss, Zumba or even dance. Ask us about the many options we have. Bring friends for a semi private class option.
